Warranty Policy – Matos & Veronezi Painting

When investing in a major project like painting your home or business, peace of mind matters. At Matos & Veronezi, we take pride in the quality, care, and precision of our work. Our goal is to deliver long-lasting, professional results, but in the rare event that something doesn’t hold up, we’re just a phone call away to make it right.

OUR WARRANTY POLICY:

Subject to the terms and limitations outlined below, for a period of 24 months from the contract date, Matos & Veronezi will repair areas of cracking, peeling, or chipping paint caused by defective workmanship at no cost to you.

For the warranty to remain valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must keep a copy of your original signed contract.

  • All payments must have been made in full upon project completion.

  • You must contact Matos & Veronezi at (555) 123-4567 to schedule an inspection and review the necessary repairs.

  • The property must be made accessible for inspection and repair work.

Matos & Veronezi will:

  • Complete all covered repairs free of charge.

  • Address surface prep issues in the areas covered by the original agreement.

  • Make repairs only to the affected areas. Please note that exact color matching is not guaranteed due to paint aging and environmental exposure.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Any work where paint was not supplied by Matos & Veronezi.

  • Any work performed by others or areas altered by a non-Matos & Veronezi worker.

  • Water intrusion, detection, or resulting damage.

  • Bubbling, peeling, or warping caused by moisture issues or improper structural design.

  • Horizontal surfaces like decks, stairs, railings, and porches.

  • Varnished, stained, or natural wood finishes.

  • Issues related to the paint material itself (fading, chalking, flashing, etc.).

  • Environmental factors like mildew, mold, or pollution.

  • Structural issues or damage caused by shifting foundations or natural disasters.

We also cannot guarantee exact color matches between touch-ups and original paint, especially due to sun exposure over time.

This Limited Warranty Is the Sole Express Warranty Provided by Matos & Veronezi

It replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, and applies only to services performed by Matos & Veronezi Painting for the original purchaser listed on the contract.
